In October 2025, we were chosen by Stoke-on-Trent Kings Trust co-hort for their project as part of the 12 week development programme at the Brilliant Bamboo Brownfield Parklet in Stoke.
We wanted to offer a glimpse into our work beyond the jobs we need to do at the site. The team were able to meet a range of people we work with, thanks: Anthony Hammond, Ayad Al-Ani, Dan Wiggins, Dan Southward, Livvy Azzopardi and Simmi Sandhu.
From clearing bramble, litter-picking, storage sorting, creating ceramics, banner-making, and documentary photography – we worked hard together over seven days.
Here are some of the photos from the week:

As part of the visit they also created their own photography project in collaboration with Dan Southward, who is documenting the Brownfield Parklet. These are a selection of images by the young people in the Kings Trust project.

If you have a group, who are interested in working outside in a city, we’d love to talk to you about the work we do. Please get in touch.
