Staffordshire Chambers of Commerce

Staffordshire Chambers of Commerce has been in existence in some form since 1813. It was borne out of a desire from businesses to join together to represent common interests, to meet, to trade and to grow. To this day it continues to represent the interests of businesses in Staffordshire, to support them in growth and prosperity and to be their voice in the political sphere. Staffordshire Chambers of Commerce believes that we can help all the people of Staffordshire be more prosperous and have more opportunities for success by helping business to make a difference through Chamber membership.

University of Staffordshire

For more than a century, University of Staffordshire have helped to turn possibility into reality. A catalyst for change, empowering individuals to realise their full potential and make meaningful contributions to society.

We are pleased to be working with the University’s School of Architecture on a range of projects through Brilliant Bamboo and connected the UK Bamboo Summit.

Keele University

Keele University was born from a pioneering vision, one of a different kind of university. Established in 1949 by Lord Lindsay – the former Vice-Chancellor of Oxford University – in a country still recovering from the Second World War, the University’s founding aim was to produce graduates who not only had the technical and specialist knowledge to move society forward, but who understood the social and political landscape that drove this need.

Fast-forward 75 years and this original ethos remains at the core of the University’s mission, and our global network of over 100,000 alumni in 120 countries is creating positive impact across the world in a range of diverse careers.

We have been supported by the Keele Business School and Arts Keele as part of this project.
