When you arrive at the gates there will be an A-board sign saying Open, please walk right and in towards the containers.
Come along to the Brilliant Bamboo Brownfield Parklet to learn how to build your own wormery and make top-notch compost out of your food waste, by building the Brilliant Bamboo wormery.
A fun afternoon with worm farmers Emma and Sam – suitable for all.
Together we will…
- build our own worm farm from easy-to-find containers
- learn what ‘vermicompost’ is and how it compares with regular compost
- find out how best to feed your worm-friends (and what not to feed them!)
- explore what worm compost can do for your soil and plant health
No need to book, drop-in. Free, although donations are welcome.
