When and where will the Summit take place?

The 2025 UK Bamboo Summit will take place on Friday 10 October 2025 10am – 5pm. The Summit will take place in Stoke-on-Trent at Goods Yard, ST4 1HG.

Where do I book tickets? 

Tickets can be purchased by Clicking Here. Tickets cost £15 for the event with concessions at £10. If cost is a barrier please let us know, we wouldn’t want you to miss out. When booking tickets there is option to make an additional donation to Brilliant Bamboo and our ongoing work, which includes the 2025 Summit.

What access requirements can you support?

How do I travel to the venue?

Who should attend?

The UK Bamboo Summit 2025 is open and relevant to anyone with an interest in bamboo. This includes businesses, charitable organisations, academic researchers and educators, public sector agencies, policy makers, creative practitioners, activists and individuals.

Do I need to have prior knowledge of Bamboo to attend? 

No, the Summit is open to all businesses and professionals that want to learn more about bamboo and how it can be relevant for your business, context and/or community. If your business has no prior knowledge of bamboo, the Summit is a great opportunity to come and learn about the unique and innovative ways that bamboo can be applied to your business in ways you never thought possible. 

Will it be possible to attend the event online? 

No. Currently this is planned to be an in person event only. Documentation will be shared after the event for those who are unable to attend in person. 

Is there a dress code?

No. The Summit is informal and there are options for practical making with bamboo so please wear comfortable clothes and shoes and be prepared to spend some time outdoors.

Can I exhibit and/or sponsor the Summit? 

Yes. Please contact [email protected] if you are interested to exhibit, sponsor and/support the Summit.

Will materials presented during the Summit be available after the event? 

Yes, presentations made during the Summit will be available after the event.
